Job Role: FoH Assistant – Café Hollies

Location: The Hollies Farm Shop – Lower Stretton

Type of contract: Full-Time / Part-Time

Reports to: Manager – Café Hollies

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Food & Beverage Service

Cleanliness & Organization

Maintain cleanliness of all cafe areas, including counters, equipment, indoor seating areas and external seating areas
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times, including wearing aprons, hair tied back, hand washing, no eating (hand to mouth)
Assist with opening and closing duties, including Logit records
