The Role
This is a Full-time position within our busy takeaway kitchen.
- Weekend availability essential
- No split shifts
- No evening work

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an organised, enthusiastic, and passionate chef who:
- Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Demonstrates excellent organisation and time management
- Is punctual, reliable, and flexible
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude
- Works well as part of a supportive team
- Has experience in a busy kitchen or takeaway (preferred but not essential)
- Is comfortable working weekends and peak seasonal periods
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality is essential — as is pride in delivering quality every single time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh, made-to-order food to our high standards
- Adhere strictly to allergen procedures and prevent cross-contamination
- Maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy service
- Handle any customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Fulfil Opening & Closing Responsibilities - Assist with opening/closing the kitchen, including cleaning and equipment shutdown
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Monitor stock levels, rotate products (fridge and freezer), and minimise waste
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Work collaboratively with our friendly and hardworking team
- Work seamlessly with other departments to ensure smooth overall operations
- Contribute energy, creativity, and positivity to the workplace
